Mission
1. To create good governance and stimulating teaching-learning environment where there will remain existence of sound teacher-student integration for exchange of the highest quality education to the students with a view to extending better service for the welfare of the society at home and abroad.
2. To provide appropriate physical and communicative facilities including classroom, laboratory, library, multimedia, internet and net-based education system with state of the art educational technology.
3. To formulate Outcome Based Education (OBE) curriculum for its different programs with updated information regarding knowledge, skill and attitude required for innovative solution of the societal issues through education, research and outreach activities.
4. GUB will purposefully recruit knowledgeable and well-trained motivated faculty with higher degrees from home and abroad along with qualified staff.
5. The university will strengthen and mould its students in professional, ethical, social and environmental dimensions by encouraging their participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
6. Nevertheless, this seat of higher learning will make use of all its efforts to emerge as a centre for excellence. To this end in view, it will engage its alumni, professional academicians, community leaders and other stakeholders for continued improvement of its academic programs and other facilities towards achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs).
